Introducing Havn Therapy Collective
a haven for therapy in Philadelphia
Our approach
Havn Therapy Collective is conveniently located in Center City, Philadelphia—and is more than just a place to talk. It’s a sanctuary where healing begins, growth is nurtured, and real change takes root.
Therapy should feel like a turning point, not just a conversation. That’s why we combine deep listening with thoughtful, personalized guidance—helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered every step of the way. This isn’t therapy as usual. It’s the beginning of something different.
Providing you with a comfortable space to heal
We believe the little things matter—a cozy seat, a glass of water, a warm cup of tea. These small comforts help break down barriers to vulnerability. When you feel safe and at ease, we can get right to the heart of what brought you here.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located Center City, Philadelphia at 1315 Walnut Street. But if you can’t make it into the office, we’ve also got you covered with teletherapy.
Our Focus
-
Young Professionals
Being a young adult today means constantly adapting—new careers, evolving relationships, shifting priorities. Sometimes it can feel exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, or uncertain. At Havn, we make space for young professionals to slow down, reflect, and build the clarity and confidence they need to thrive. Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, or a longing for deeper purpose, we’re here to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with intention.
-
Therapy for Men
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning with fresh goals, Havn offers a space where men can show up fully—without judgment, pressure, or pretense. We understand that modern masculinity often comes with its own challenges: balancing strength and vulnerability, managing stress, and navigating relationships and identity with honesty and courage. In therapy, you can take a breath, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and begin the work of creating a more grounded, fulfilling life on your own terms.
-
Navigating Complex Relationships
Relationships can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. Whether you're facing tension with a partner, conflict with family, or difficulties managing friendships, Havn offers a supportive space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward with greater clarity, boundaries, and self-trust. Together, we’ll untangle what’s complicated and work toward building relationships that feel more connected and sustainable.
Why Choose Havn
-
Direct Dialogue
Real growth starts with real conversation. At Havn, you won’t get a therapist who just smiles and nods—you’ll get honest, compassionate, and practical feedback. We believe in open, down-to-earth communication that builds trust, helps you face challenges, and recognizes progress along the way.
-
Welcoming Atmosphere
When you arrive at Havn, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and the simple comfort of a cold glass of water or a cup of tea. However, a welcoming atmosphere isn’t just about comfort. It’s about creating a container strong enough to hold pain, transformation, and growth. At Havn, it’s not an afterthought—it’s the starting point.
-
Personalized Approach
We believe that therapy starts long before you walk into a session. Our therapists take time to review notes and to consider what approach will be most helpful for you. We keep our caseloads intentionally small so every client gets the focus and thoughtful preparation they deserve.
