My personal and professional experiences have fueled my conviction that no matter how challenging things can seem, there is always potential for healing and positive change.

Hi, I’m Danielle Costanzo and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and relationship specialist.

My approach is honest and nonjudgmental, and I prioritize building authentic connections with my clients. With genuine warmth, compassion, and humor, I create a safe environment to both support and challenge you.

I use a systemic approach to help you gain insight into the impact of your relationships–with your family, your communities, and most importantly, with yourself. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based models, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

One Therapist (for Now), One Big Vision

At Havn, the vision is bigger than one person — but for now, you’ll be working directly with Danielle Costanzo, LMFT, the founder and heart behind the practice. Havn was created to feel like a safe, honest, and deeply human space to do the work that matters. Therapy here isn’t cold or clinical — it’s real talk in a warm setting, with thoughtful details that make you feel at ease. A glass of water. A cozy seat. A space where your therapist is prepared and really shows up. Danielle’s approach blends compassionate presence with meaningful feedback, helping you feel seen and supported — and challenged when it counts. As the practice grows, so will the collective — but the heart of Havn will always stay the same.

A Collective in the Making

Are you a therapist who values real, honest connection and wants to do meaningful work in a setting that feels as human as the care you offer? Havn Therapy Collective is growing, and we’re looking for clinicians who share our vision — a modern practice rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and thoughtful touches that help clients feel truly at home. If you’re tired of rigid systems, craving a supportive community, and want to be part of something that prioritizes both therapist well-being and client care, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build something great together.
